Payment and Registration

The whole procedure of payment and registration need to be done in
ONE-SHOT time.

We strongly encourage you to read through our Payment and registration- Step by step guide 2.0 before begin your payment and registration.

Payment and registration with 3 simple steps:

1. Register an user account at conference.usm.my
2. Conference Registration & Online Payment
3. Presenter/ Participant Registration

Note:
1. The online payment can be made ONLY during the USM ePayment operating hours, which is 6am-11pm (Malaysia Time Zone [UTC + 08:00]).
2. Do print out or keep a copy of “Bursary USM: Payment Acknowledgement” (i.e., proof of payment) right after you have made the payment. The official receipt of payment from USM bursary will be given upon request ONLY.
Kindly email your request to us by 22th September 2014, any late request will not be entertained.

    May I know how to get the official receipt of payment from the website?

      1. The official receipt of payment can be directly obtain from USM ePayment right after you have made the payment. Likewise, you are encourage to print or save a copy for your own (c.f., Payment and registration- Step by step guide 2.0, page 7).

      2. However, should you need an additional “print-out” receipt from USM bursary as a proof of payment for ‘reimbursement purposes’, kindly request it by email to sspis2014@gmail.com

    I have registered my first paper.
    but I cannot proceed with my 2nd and 3rd paper payment.
    how to pay if I want to present 3 paper.

    I have made payment for the conference but still haven’t submit the full paper due to the technical problem, may I know whether the community will accept my paper if I send before the date of conference?
