The abstract deadline is 31st August 2014
But if you just want to join and watch the presentation, you can sign up as only ‘Participants’ , just click ‘Join us now’ tab, go to ‘Payment & registration’ and fill up the form at the link on that page. Hope that helps!

do you publish just abstract or full paper?
At the moment we only publish the abstracts, however we still require full paper for future reference
Meaning you still require the presenters to submit the full paper. As you said..”future reference”… kindly clarify this. And if you publish the full paper, are we (presenters) going to have a copy? Thanks.

For those who is interested to publish their abstract in the proceeding are encouraged to submit their full paper, for those who are not interested, it is not compulsory to do so.
